Had a really good day :)
States were today and it was just an all around good day,
my goals were to get top 5 and be at 65kg’s. I didn’t get to 65kg’s not even close actually, but im okay with that for noww, but it did get top 5, infact I got 4th! :) I was really happy because I’ve only been dancing for 4 weeks all year, I danced two weeks then did my knee and then have been building it up slowly over the last two weeks. The girl who got 5th is really good took, actually there are 6 quite good people in my section.
The rest of my dancing school did really well too, although a coupe people didnt win when I was hoping they would, there were 2 1st’s, 3 2nd’s 1 4th 2 5th’s 2 6th’s and a 7th, and a few more tomorrow :)

Went for a 2.5km run with my cousin today :) and I borrowed his wii fit disk so now I can use that too
I used it for the first time in a while tonight since I now have a disk for it. I set a goal of 9.1 kg’s for two months and it also means I have an accurate scale that I can read properly, because my one at home is not digital.
So I did 31 minutes on it (according to its little piggy bank timer thing) and the difference in my weight was -0.4 kg’s :) which is not a lot, but it was just in that time.

I actually ate well today
I was aiming for 1200, and I ended up at about 1350, which I am totally okay with, because the extra calories where an apple and an orange, and I had a 2 and 1/2 hour dance class, so I was hungry.
I just have to keep this up :)
